• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s operation
• Use automated tools to send excessive requests to the Service
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute search results in bulk

Intellectual Property

The Cwick Search name, logo, and visual design are the property of Shane Barron. Search results are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to their respective terms and intellectual property rights.

Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed alongside search results.

Disclaimer

Search results are provided by third-party engines and may not be accurate, complete, or current. Cwick Search does not endorse or verify the content of any search result.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shane Barron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
